About this policy
Jackpot Poker is a free-to-play mobile game for Android and iOS published by Lost Joker Studio (“we”, “us”), based in Australia. This policy explains what information the game handles and why. It applies from 3 November 2026.
We don’t ask you to create an account, and we don’t collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location. The game still uses third-party services that process some technical data, described below.
Information we handle
- Gameplay data: chip balances, progress, settings, jackpot results and purchased items, stored so the game can save and restore your progress.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region from your IP address, session length and in-game events. This is collected by analytics and advertising services, not by us directly.
- Advertising identifiers: your device’s advertising ID (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), where your device settings allow it.
- Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your payment card details.
How we use it
We use this information to run and save your game, understand how the game is played, fix crashes and bugs, balance gameplay, show ads, and process and restore purchases. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Third-party services
The game uses these services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase for data storage and analytics: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob for advertising: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Play and Apple App Store for downloads and in-app purchases
These providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Ads, simulated gambling and age
AdMob may show personalised ads based on your advertising ID. You can limit this by resetting or disabling your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
Jackpot Poker is a simulated gambling game. It offers no real-money gambling, and chips and winnings have no cash value. The game is intended for players aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will delete the related data.
Storage, your rights and contact
Storage and security. Gameplay data is stored in Google Firebase and protected by industry-standard security. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the game, then delete it on request.
Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where they apply to you, laws such as the GDPR and CCPA. Uninstalling the game stops further collection by the app on your device.
Changes. If we update this policy, we will post the new version in the game listing and update the date above.
